Base Flood Elevations

Base Flood Elevation values will be displayed within the 100 year floodplain (blue areas) on the map. Depending on the flood zone, the difference between your first floor elevation and the base flood elevation may be used to determine your flood insurance premium estimate.

If the building is on hillside or grade, you may see different elevations as you click different locations inside a building. For this calculator, use the highest elevation value.
